Had a great Christmas at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities like free wifi and air conditioning. The location was perfect, near a beautiful park and on a major bus route. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western foods, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool and gym that we enjoyed.
Some of the hotel staff seemed rude and uninterested in helping us. We had trouble communicating with them due to language barriers, but they could have been more patient and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access the bus terminal, the nearby Tesco supermarket, and various other Chinese restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities such as electronic Japanese-style toilets and adjustable air conditioning. the staff is helpful in providing necessary items and cleaning the room daily.
The breakfast buffet offered limited options and was not up to par.

The hotel's amenities were excellent. the free wifi was fast and the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the breakfast buffet was great and offered a variety of delicious dishes. the staff was friendly and always willing to help, making our Christmas stay enjoyable.
Although the air conditioning worked well, the room was often too cold. the swimming pool was smaller than expected and was often crowded, making it difficult to enjoy our time there.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities which made for a luxurious stay. the private facilities were outstanding and exceeded expectations. the location was convenient and accessible to nearby attractions. the service was impeccable, staff were attentive and responsive to requests.
There was a minor issue with the swimming pool facilities, which were not up to standard. this did not impact the overall experience and was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.
